1. Properties Researcher (05 Positions) base in Phnom Penh
2. Write Up Report (10 Positions) base in Phnom Penh
3. Admin Officer (01 position) base in Phnom Penh
4. Accountant (01 position) base in Phnom Penh

Job Responsibilities for Properties Researcher:
• Meet with existing Banks, MFI’s, financial institutions and potential new clients to generate new leads and ensure performance targets are exceeded.
• Survey and inspect properties and prepare professional property valuation reports in a timely manner for our residential, commercial and industrial/agriculture clients.
• Conduct proper due diligence, including land and property title searches with the relevant authorities and coordinate, if required, all required documentation for the transfer of title with our legal advisor.
• Cross-check and verbal with clients
• Collect fee on time
• Handle daily inquiries, providing appropriate solution to meet the client needs.
• Good communication

Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate valuation is preferred.
• Male or Female between 20-35years old
• Professional experience in real estate valuation, property management, and marketing is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude and high integrity.
• Must have good presentation skills, be able to negotiate deals, and communicate well with others
• Hands-on PC skills include Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• English and Khmer fluency requirement.
• Proficiency in other Languages (Chinese, Japanese, French, etc) would be highly regarded.
• Have own transportation (Motor)

Job Responsibilities for Write Up Report:

• Write up valuation report on time with professional to our clients
• Cross check and verbal for bankers and clients
• Good communicate with researcher and banker to clarify properties information.

Job Responsibilities for Admin Officer:
• Draft letter out (Formal letter in Khmer or English)
• Manage staff attendant
• Manage stock stationary and order
• Prepare daily report
• Do monthly report to NFFS
• Process Staff insurance
• Monthly report of HR dept
• Take minute in meeting
• Prepare Welfare’s staff or any event
• Preparation staff meeting
• Manage front desk with customer services
• Others task assign by line manager , COO or CEO

Requirements:
• Male/female (Age over 25years old)
• Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Dynamic, persuasive, and ethical behavior.
• 1 year of experience in real estate business or related field.
• Good communications and ability to work
• Be patient, confident, friendly and hard-working
• Good written and spoken English

Job Responsibilities for Accountant:
• Prepare payment, receipt Journal Vouchers
• Prepare monthly yearly tax return
• Issue cheques
• Issue invoice customers
• Follow up account receivable customers
• Analyze, record post transactions QuickBooks
• Close month end financial tractions
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements:
• Female age over 25 years old
• Bachelor Degree of Accounting
• Good command of English
• Minimum 1 years-experience of Accounting field
• Good computer literacy Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Good Basic Tax knowledge
• Good knowledge counting worker staff’s salary
